2025 Zero SR/F: Review, Specifications, Price
The 2025 Zero SR/F is the flagship electric motorcycle from Zero Motorcycles, a company known for its innovations in the world of electric mobility.
Design and Ergonomics
The 2025 Zero SR/F has an aggressive and modern design that combines elements of a sports bike and a streetfighter. The motorcycle looks powerful, but at the same time retains elegance thanks to smooth lines and a minimalist appearance. Attention to detail is noticeable in every part of the motorcycle – from the subtly integrated LED optics to the high-quality materials used in the trim.
The ergonomics of the SR/F are focused on comfort during long trips. The riding position is upright, which contributes to the comfort of the rider even on long distances. The handlebars are positioned to provide a good balance between control and comfort, and the seat is wide and soft enough to minimize fatigue.
Technology and Functionality
The 2025 Zero SR/F is loaded with cutting-edge technology, making it one of the most high-tech motorcycles on the market. The centerpiece is a 14.4 kWh battery, which is paired with a Z-Force 75-10 electric motor to produce 110 hp and 141 lb-ft of torque. These figures allow the SR/F to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.5 seconds, putting it on par with some ICE sportbikes.
One of the main features of the SR/F is the Cypher III motorcycle management system, which allows you to tailor the motorcycle’s characteristics to the rider’s preferences. It includes several riding modes (Eco, Street, Sport, Rain, and Custom) that change the motorcycle’s dynamics depending on the conditions and riding style. Also available is the Bosch Traction and Stability Control system, ensuring safety and predictable behavior on the road.
Range and Charging
The 2025 Zero SR/F boasts a range of up to 161 miles in urban mode, which is an excellent indicator for electric motorcycles. In a mixed driving cycle (city and highway), the range is about 95 miles. To charge the battery, the SR/F supports both normal and fast charging. Fast charging allows you to restore up to 95% of the battery capacity in 1 hour, which makes the motorcycle very practical for everyday use.
Handling and Dynamics
On the road, the Zero SR/F 2025 impresses with its handling and smooth ride. The low center of gravity due to the location of the battery provides excellent stability and predictability in corners. The Showa suspension, consisting of a fully adjustable fork and monoshock absorber, allows you to adapt the motorcycle to any road conditions.
With the instant torque delivery that electric motors provide, the SR/F delivers impressive acceleration without lag. The J.Juan dual disc brakes with ABS provide confident, controlled braking.
