Safety Features

In terms of safety, the XDiavel comes standard with the Brembo braking system, complemented by Bosch Cornering ABS, part of the Ducati Safety Package (DSP). This cornering ABS system uses the Bosch IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) platform to optimize the brake application force on the front and rear wheels, providing greater safety, especially in critical situations and during cornering.

The XDiavel’s three tuning modes can be selected while riding, programmed to instantly change the bike’s “character”. These riding modes combine advanced technologies such as the Ride by Wire (RbW) system, Ducati Traction Control (DTC), and Bosch ABS Cornering.

The DTC system is particularly notable as it detects and controls rear wheel slip in a matter of milliseconds, contributing to increased performance and active safety of the motorcycle. Each DTC level has been carefully programmed to offer a tolerance to rear wheel slip that adjusts to the different skill levels of the rider.

Fuel Consumption and Range

The Ducati XDiavel stands out for its energy efficiency, with an average fuel consumption of approximately 44 mpg. With a 4.7-gallon fuel tank, the XDiavel offers an impressive range of around 206 miles before needing to refuel, allowing for longer trips without worry.
