Meet the 2025 BMW S 1000 RR
The BMW S 1000 RR is a model from the supersport line launched in 2009. The motorcycle’s design is built to bring the performance of the track to everyday life in cities and on the open road.
The BMW S 1000 RR has an inline four-stroke, four-cylinder engine with liquid cooling and 4 titanium valves per cylinder. The motorcycle has a 999cc (61 cubic inch) displacement with a maximum power output of 207 hp at 13,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 83 lb-ft at 11,000 rpm.
Engine management is handled by electronic injection and variable intake manifolds. The transmission system is 6-speed with DTC traction control.
The frame of the BMW S 1000 R is a cast aluminum double beam. The front suspension is an inverted telescopic fork, while the rear is an aluminum swingarm.
Standard Features
The BMW S 1000 R comes well-equipped as standard. It has compression and load adjustments, in addition to ABS brakes.
